Please let me know if Application for HMA -9 got rejected as petitioner / advocate could n't appear due to hearing date confusion.
Can it be revived.

Yes. An application has to be filed to set aside the dismissal in default order. If there is delay more than 30 days, a condonatin for delay application also generally will also have to be filed.
