My father took two loans from Cooperative bank . One was Home loan against property Amount is around 3 lakh . And another was PMRY (2 Guarantor was there ). He took loan in 2004 & also paid some amount 80000 rs . But in 2010 he met with accident & on bed from last 5 to 6 years (Temporarily disabled Handicapped (75 % as per govt hospital medical .) And not paid amount anything after 2008 due to un employment .
So Now Case is in Court for recovery . I also submitted all the documents in Court regarding my father's medical . Certiicate .
So My question is , Is there any procedure to waived off this loan (bases of father's Handicap disability , Poor condition ) Or any judgement or Court order related to waived off this loan .
Or As a son , i am responsible for this Loan . Please let me know how to procced in this case .
