Hospitalization support for on duty accident

Dear sir,
 I Mr. Rathod having 6 years Experience in a field of Sale. On May 2013 i joined Ceramic Company which is ltd. company. On 31 July 2013 i met with an Accident on duty due to which, i was hospitalized and undergone with Bone Fracture surgery. My senior and Company people not gave me any expenses for hospitalization as well as not even visited me and inquired about my health. Now after 8 month i am unable to walk properly. Doctor suggested second surgery to my leg.

sir i wanted to know what is the Provision in Law  that I can get compensation from company for my hospitalization expenses, Surgery? The said accident was occurred while i was on duty and doing companies work. My Company is Limited company and i am working as a Sales Manager.

 I have Companies Offer Letter, From May 2013 to August 2013 Salary Slip.  I was using Companies SIM card for mobile communication but not intimating me they disconnected my number on October 2013. Even i don't know that still am i in company or not? 

 Company denied Operation cost which was occurred to me on August 2013 and as well as Further surgery to make me walk properly. They also not given any kind of Financial Support in terms of Salary or Medical Expenses till now.

 I am totally helpless now. Please help me how to tackle with my company.

You are covered and protected by the Employees Compensation Act (earlier known as Workmen's compensation act which covered only workmen). This extends to employees who are injured during an accident  during the course of the employment or arising in the course of employment. You are entitled to complete medical expenses and also full compensation as per the tabulation set out in the Act. Hence issue a notice to the CEO of the company for the compensation failing which file a claim before the commissioner of labour under the Act
