Dear Sir,
I am living with breach of Matrimonial life but legal separation not proceeded. The problem is
my tenent who is brother of my life partner who I have asked him to vacate. But he adamantly stop
paying the monthly rentel till the advance amount adjustment. ( Per month Rs.4000 is
rent and he gave one lakh to his sister and being treated as a advance payment. ( By the time of house construction- I am not sure about money receipt).
Now he owned new flat and he staying there but my house was not vacated.
So far ten months is left over ( Rs.44000/- rent due) and in this circumstance what I can do.
I am ready to pay the balance amount for get back my house but this person is not
genuine and he may hand over the key to my life partner make it to complicate. Moreover he leave small things in the house because i should not break the lock.
