House name transfer

Your question is not very clear.In the first line you have mentioned the flat is in your gndfather's name and then you say the landlord is demanding money and NOC . Pl be a little more specific so that it easy for the forum members to give you the correct legal guidance.

Thanks for your promt reply

The house is at my grandfather name and he died in 2007

Now we want to transfer the house in my moms name(bcz my father had also died in 2000)

Over we had meet with landlord and he is saying that he need NOC to tansfer the property with huge transfer amount.

I would take NOC from my uncle but what should i do the amount its very huge if i start collecting the amount now it would take atleast 2yrs(to collect and give to him).
