1. If any person gets his house registered in House-tax register as a Vacant plot in false name to avoid paying house-tax and also not made any effort to get the entry corrected or pay tax for about 26 years----- what are the penalties and punishment possible including criminal case if any
2. under what section of IPC/CrPc can the Municipal committee officers OR those involved in survey and proper entry of all buildings be punished or penalised
3. Who are the authorities to whom the complain should be lodged
4. How to make sure that the person gets maximum punishment and case moves speedily
5. Is there a provision for paying property tax on shops rented out by any person -- what are the penalties if failing to do so
6. Where are these shops supposed to be registered by their owners? Can i get details of their licences and registration and rent agreement copy and duration since opening of these shops--- how and from which government bodies
