Builder had started given possession from March 2022, and I had taken possession in September 2023. Builder had asked advanced 18 months Maintenance and said us that "you have to pay maintenance, once your 18 months is completed". But December 2023 builder did the handover and our society was formed. As I m in surplus and my BCAM amount is with builder they are ready to give to society but they are delaying from there end. And asking me to pay maintenance even though I m in surplus.
I have clearly stated "I wont pay maintenance untill and unless my 18 months is completed". Now they have come up with condition saying those who are paying maintenance will only be issue share certificate.
Is there any bylaw which can allow me to get my share certifcate?
