How i can retrieve my occupied land

Dear sir please advice

I have purchased land three years ago..I have registered documents my self, Three months back my land was occupied and fenced by that land prvieous owner..and I had argued but no use they ready to fight with me..So what my question is How I can remove their fence and retrive my land from them...Please enlighten me

Go through the copy purchase deed in that it must be mentioned that the previous owner had handed over possession to you.if it is there just go and lock the gate.secondly create a proof that the fence is built by you only.never state the you are dispossessed the land, only say somebody is creating obstacle to your peaceful possession.

have done EC clearance for last 50 years... checked whether who actually is owner... how payments are effected... all these issues prop in court...

cases run to decades in adverse possession... be ware...

must claim damages and rentals for vacant land if you pay vacant land tax...

Dear Sir

Thnx for your advice.I have EC for 60 years, There is no Encumerance that's clear...They have more politics power..So they had obstacle my peaceful enjoyment...please advice How I can leagally  against them? Is Injection order will help me? or Complaints in SP office which is Best?

I don't have patta for that land... go for cc in sub registrar office...

pull his assets into court asking to deposit his documents and house keys as collatoral against adverse possession...

you need to pay court fee for value of the land...

contact a local civil lawyer... who may help you with procedure...
