Dear Sir,
I would be thankful if kindly let me know how many years old tax bill can a Municipal Corporation may ask to submit as a proof that the Tax payer did not default Payment.Kolkata Municipal has sent LOI to so many period to pay tax which was due 22-24 years before.Or otherwise the Tax payer has to submit old tax receipts of 22-24 yrs' old. .An urgent reply will help.
