Please let me know that how a lawer calclates the court fee for filling a case in Haryana for both Dist. Court and High Court as well as calclation of stamp duty on any document in Haryana, What Points to be checked by an advocate during preparation of his case before filling it to the court in Haryana

See the Haryana Court Fees Act. There is a Central Court Fees Act 1870, but most of the State has amended it, so look out for your State Court Fees Act.
