Check the court record. Online inquiry is not possible, you may only find there cause list.

First you should get the expected date after which you expect the case should have been filed. Go to the Court where the civil case would have been filed. Check in the filing section of the cout giving the expected date after which it would have been filed giving the parties name. If it is filed there must be an entry in the filing register of the court.
