1) How to file a Writ Petition in AP High Court? Is there a prescribed format? Do I have to affix any stamp?
2) Can I submit WP through Post or do I have to personally submit the WP in the High Court? Can I send a representative?
3) Is there a fee?
4) Can I submit the petition without any counsel?
Help Appreciated.

You can file as a party in person. You only can argue the matter. The fee is depend upon your case matter. You cannot submit through postal communication.

Can I file directly ( Individually) against the Gudivada Municipality a Writ Petition in High Court of AP Without Advocate, because the disputed matter is Rs.30,000/- all municipalities are charging for Transfer of Property tax assessment name Rs.100/-to Rs.500/- in Andhra Pradesh and our gudivada municipality is charging 1% as per the Sale Deed amount.Please give clarification
