How to file case on Chit fund company

Hi Sir, Please give your guidance.i have a client who was cheated by chit fund company.she says it was a registered company and the amount she paid was noted in short petty book.how to file a case against that company Thank you Lakshmi

Dear queriest you have to file complaint against that Chit Fund Company before the Deputy Registrar of Chits of your district.
