I am cheated in a chit fund case. I am planning to file a civil suit. I know the PAN number of the accused. What are various ways to find property information of the individual to attach the property.
Can I request court to pass an order to Income tax department to provide me the property details ?

You can file cheating case in criminal courts, You can file mony recovery case in civil courts, As per the court orders only attachment will take place.
