May I Know How to get fixed deposit bonds of my mother and me.
My 498A case was running in district court of Telangana for 3 years and it came to compromised and settled in lok adalath
My Question is how to get back those FD bonds?

The bail bond FD amount can be returned from the court if the case is dismissed.
The accused or surety must file an application with the court to request the return of the bail amount. The court will then issue an order for the refund
Bail money is refundable as long as the accused complies with all bail conditions. The refund is based on compliance, not on the outcome of the case
