how to obtain proof of delivery of speed post to file cheque bounce complaint

Dear all,

I have sent legal notice through speed post at Pune to the party who has bounced the cheque . when I checked the status of delivery on indiapost website, it only shows that the notice is delivered at Pune SO instead of the party's address. How can I get proper delivery status which will show that the notice is delivered to that party itself? I want to file complaint u/s 138. pls help.

IT may be error in updation

Approach Sub-postmster of PO from where speed post was booked and submit representation in writing under proper acknowledgment to get you delivery report.

You may ask to get you certified copy of run sheet of postman and agree to pay charges if any.

You may also choose to write to customer service

And even pursue RTI route.

Retain the original reciept and tracking report with you.
