How to proceed to get equal property from my male siblings

I,krishnaveni and 2 male siblings for my father. My younger brother is not willing to give equal share in properties. Pl suggest me to proceed legally.

I discussed with a legal advisor, he suggest that to publish an ad in newspaper & also suit a case in district judicial court.

Yes - as a daughter you have an equal right as your brothers in both self acquired/ancestral property, this is how you do it :-

 

File a parition suit/ along with stay + lis pendens notice + newspaper ad - this would prevent & rule out a sale of the property meant to defeat your rights.
