How to recover private temple property encroached by trusties and their relatives

Nearly 15 acres of Private temple land being occupied by trusties and their relatives and they are refusing to pay reasonable rent to the temple. Some of them already built house in those land. They are paying just 50 rupees as yearly rent for 6 cents of land. Kindly advice 🙏

If you are one of the turst memebrs of the temple trust then you can raise this issue with charity commissioner, if not then you can escalate the matter through high court by filing a PIL seeking direction to the temple trust to follow the rules and conditions of the trust in this regard

You shall report the issue to the Endowments Commissioner.  If the Commissioner does not take action, approach court.
