Dear Sir,
Our Trust have 3 members now. I'm president, 2 others is Secretary (also the Settlor) and a normal trustee.
The Secretary, he was not interested in all Trust activities. He has never come to the meeting for long time and very difficult to get his signature for trust account.
We have so many problem now.
Just me and 1 other trustee did everything for the trust.
We have Land and 2 building to run the free training center.
My question is:
How to remove Him (the Secretary and also Settlor) from the trust and appoint new trustee to replace his position (Secretary).
