My ngo is registered under the West Bengal societies Registration act 1961. No S/ 1L/ 10362 of 2002 /03
Sir we want to change aims and objects and Ngo name also.sir plzz guide us how to proceed with it .bcoze due to Aims and object my ngo 80g and 12 A cancelled in final hearing .

you will have to reapply for the change of aims, objectives and the name of the ngo. if the registrar is convinced, then he may allow or may ask you to re-register a fresh ngo with the new details.
