If the property isnot ancestral and if it is the personal property of yourparents, then during their life time you have no right in it, and therefore have no right to demand any share from it.

Therefore, since you have no part in that property, you cannot demand or get any part.

You say you are 26 years of age.  What is your qualification(s)?  What are you doing now? Are you employed? Are you married?

Yes I m working and I m graduate... I m not married...
So u mean to say they can kick out me any time if they want... And as I m there son so I have no right to stay there where I born and brought up..

As I m educated and I have got my different ways to live my life different scenarios to see the world and they want me to live me like they want and marry somewhere where I don't even like to go so they can force me bcs I have no property...
From where it could be right..
Is there any solution???

Yes, if they so want, they can kick you out and you cannot protest about it.

You have every right to live the way in which you want to live, BUT ON YOUR OWN LEGS and not at somebody elses SHELTER.

You may be educated, but your parents (even if they are not so well educated) seems to be knowing well their legal position and rights

OK thanks.. One more thing.. After what age we have no legal right to stay parents property or there is no age bar??

The law does not say about the legal right whether one can stay in parents house or not.  Even if one son is 90-100 years still he can live with his/her parents in parental house PROVIDED, PROVIDED he is welcome by the parents.  Parents will welcome him ONLY IF HE IS AMENABLE.  If any one choses to ACT ON HIS OWN WITH UTTER DISRESPECT to his parents, then the parents also have their right to ask their children to GET OUT.  That is their legal right.  Court will support their legal right.  THAT'S ALL.

If they don't want you, be a man and find a place to move out. You are just 26, an age when you are very young. Try to be calm, and although we don't know your real problems, you need to stop thinking too much about property. Focus on career and friends. Go for stress management courses. Do some self introspection.

Find a girl of your choice and marry. Once you get her to your parent's home then it instantly becomes her matrimonial home though not owned by her. That gives her the right to file domestic violence or dowry harassment against your parents. You as such have no rights.
