i was partying at my residence with friends but was evicted by local residents because one of my lady friend was smoking what can i do

Smoking in a public place is illegal and members are not aware of facts.  You can not do anything at this point of time and forget that incident and give up wrong steps like retaliation.

Forget your rights, even in our houses, we should not create such loud noise to annoy or create a nuisance to neighbours, and it is past.  Had they made a Police complaint, things should have been worse.  Individual liberty ends at the tip of the nose.

You may initiate  a civil action for the violation of your privacy. Of course, outcome could be quite uncertain, the litigation being quite uncommon in our country.
