My neighbour has built illegal ramp on gate of his garage. Which is creating problem to me. He is not ready to listen anything and using filthy language.
Can I go to court to remove that ramp?

same proble with me as consider builder office was illegle and every body in the society wanted it for storage. no one listen about this matter

Which sections of CPC and easement act deals with this.

Is filing case under 151cpc ( removal of illegally constructed ramp) is sufficient.
Or I should also add rule 39 for temporary injunction.
