Ive been keeping this in thoughts but now gotta say it..

People will soon be afraid to ask questions if so much pun, sarcasm and irony happens and pinch of verbal abuse too..sab to the point kyun nahi rehte..? day by day it gives a feeling tht once u ask something wht it might mean to others how will they take or wht will thy say..thrs so much in life alrdy problems etc atleast one can expect solutions here not more n more problems..

This is the way to extract honey from thorny flowers. The people are so complex today..yet we have to live among them.

Dear DF and Ash..please avoide unnecessary words of the posts and concentrate on what is useful for you.

try to be NEELKANTH to taste the Amrit.

An advocate is not expected to speak many un-necesssary words..raises question about him/her being an advocate...things are better if things are kept precise and to the point...

All wise men..talk less and their words are sharp and are just pointers..

If the situation is like searching for a needle in a heap of hay..then I choose not the search at all and buy an new needle by spending some money.....

This is more about the ego..an exhibition of "What I am"...an exhibition of the size of  the persons Ego and nothing else...

Like people who are introvert in real life are very active on the interenet and chat all day with unknown people...similarly advocates who are not able to show their prowess in the court...they unfortunately choose various legal forums on the internet...

Dear experts,

It will be good if you all give answers to the point in easy understable english and dont get irritated if somebody who doesnt know courts and  laws asks an unusual questions or repeats the questions. Also the readers should maintain the respect for experts. Thisforum and website is reallly useful for the victims of false cases against them. It will be better for all if we maintain the usefulness  of this forum.

Agreeing to Zeeshan 100%,

@Member, Pragya Jee & Aishwarya Jee - Guys when you ask a question seeking replies/responses on a forum, then eveybody on the forum has the right to participate/answer/respond to them in their best possible way,  in their own language and most importantly with the knowledge that they have gained through their own experience. Now this is applicable to everyone right here. So when some respond to a question in one particular way, why to question? If you don't like or if it doesn't suits you....best you can do is to ignore. The simple funda is  ...... WE ALL ARE HERE SEEKING ANSWERS/TIPS FOR VARIOUS SITUATIONS UNDER MATRIMONIAL DISPUTES ....... That is the only focus area, Rest every thing is immaterial including the delivery mode.

Secondly, what TaJobs sir has suggested is absolutely the right advise from strategic point of view in all such frivolous cases (while being legally correct).

Rest is up to you .

Regards,

Rohit

I do agree that everyone has his/ her own way of communicating things , but somewhere we need to be more genuine and formal when talking to people whom we dont know or not aware about.

when people ask  us about something, gievn the fact "We being known for intellect and prowess in some forte" then we need to be more gracious when replying to them.

Here people are mature enough and its no college canteen where everything will be accepted in between friends .

Being a teacher if i have some kind of habit or a way of talking in general i cannot follow the same in school..i have lil kids who imitate quickly what their teacher says..that doesnt go well right .so in a way we should be more cautious how we approach people and how we converse with them .

i know u might say there are no kids here but seriously atleast we can have some good here rather than closing down the internet thinking what to reply , he said that , she abused or he talked ill about me ..

No one doesnt wish to go from here thinking all this genuinly ..there's already much more in life happening , people on streets on road in neighbourhood , courts , lawyers, spouse, In laws ..tell me if theres any place left where one comes across no sarcasm , irony, verbal abuse .. literally no where no place..

Alas Alas a person comes here seeking solutions and help , a bit of virtual rescue..being assured of others that they would acknowldge their sentiments ..but its the other way round quite a times..

I think tajobs sir got great knowledge , and wit and is jovial too..but somewhere ive seen things he does quite unexepcted not likely of him as he himslef has portrayed a kind of personality thts no nonsense kinds.

But somewhere people may become afraid to ask or put up queries just thinking about the verbal trauma thats going to be there afterwards leg pulling n all..

Dont you put up online whole day invisible or visible waiting for someone to answer when things are ignited a stupid topic , pulling each other ..fathers and mothers and daughters..really it doesnt seem to go well with the forum's motto..

Anyhow thts wht i had to say genuinly ..plz help each other dont make enemies ..there are already many of them in real ...

thanku

Tajob's has deep knowledge of law.Though I fight with him a lot because he responds to that kind posts. And i enjoy them!

But no body is enemey of each other here. How a man/woman be someone's enemey whom we have never seen  ..even we don't know their real names.Just some differences of way of thinking.

In last few days I have fought with him a lot.As a result i have been allowed to give one post /hr only.Anyways it does not matter to me as i dont give legal advice to anyone. But i can read all posts .

But those fights improves my argueing skills. Now I can reply back to people who do wrong with me..which I could not do before coming to this forum and alwys kept quite even if somebody gets harsh on me!

But needy people should get legal advice here and we should not disturb forum peace/dignity by diverting the topic.

Dear DF, kindly don't get so short tempered  and don't take anybody by heart. Why you expect the best friend here...You need legal advice and there are many learned persons are here who will guide you in your tuf days.If you hire a advocate then you will avail knowledge of one person only but here you can have that from various ld advocates, moral supports from other victims like you.

You are right my dear goodie goodie girl.

LCI is a great platform for personality development.Tajobs too has contributed in our personality dev.He became a punching bag for we girls,so that we learn to reply back to harsh people.Kudos to him.Now I sincerely want that he adopts Goodgirl as his daughter.Goodgirl has already adopted him as his papa. Then LCI family will be complete.:)
