In laws threating for false 498 act

secure evidence against her and if case filed in meerut you have to take the stay order from allahbad high court which is similar to anticipatory bail. 

case can be registered at police station and all those whose name will be there in FIR will get arrested as 498A is non bailable and non compondable.

Now , pray to god that you will save your marriage, those girl who are under their mother's [ bad mother's] influence then definitely son in law must face DV and 498 false cases and maintenance tooo and is very difficult to reunite of couple so keep try to save your self legally keep in touch with forum and your advocate be mentally strong you are at the point of danger where ration is 1:100, 1 for again reconcilation and 100 % for court cases , if girl came to you then still you will be under pressure. so just prepare your self to face and defend such situation.
