My name is Naveen Jain and completed LLB recently . My Uncle wants to purchase 25 acres of land which is an Personal Inam Land. It is not an institution nor any daragah . It is purely Personal Inam Land located at AndhraPradesh Andhra Region. My Question is that whether Personal InamLands can be registered to third party. My uncle is an real estator. Can we buy personal inamlands?
Please give me appropriate answer with certain examples..
