dear members, I have appeared in supplementary exams in IP university, Delhi. The question paper had 7 questions out of which 5 questions were to be attempted. The problem is that 3 questions were out of course. I asked the examiner if that was the right paper and he said this was the only paper. After a few days I sent an application to the university mentioning about this. I am still awaiting result both of the paper and the application however I am not very hopeful of any resolution and this paper determines if I get my degree or not. I am thinking of filing a case in consumer court, show them the question paper and course and then ask for them to direct the university to mark the paper accordingly. Kindly suggest what should I do
