Info on ngo funds

For f) Income Tax Department must be knowing about it.

For g) Land is owned by various Ministries. The Ministries interacting with NGOs for this purpose would also have some role in getting the land approved for NGOs.

Dear Sir 

Gone through the links provided. Many thanks. And I am amazed as I find such instant answer to my complex questions. But I am equally demanding like a child hell bent on doing some good to the country. I did not get the reply to my question why the hell those ministers / bureaucrats are HELL BENT on giving largesses to those NGOs in the first place? The apex body as I found is the planning commission who is now woken up and asking those NGOs to register rather asking them Either Register or forget about the DOLES.

Where can I find the constitutional provisions , or cabinet approval or some govt notification enabling ministers, ministries , babudom to dole govt money by the crores to NAVIN cHA caha walas, to even NAFIA ALIS etc etc. Its govt money and has to be scrutised by the oversight committee> Is it under CAG ? Demand is too much? 

But at long last I have struck the right chord and won't lament anymore. PL do help.

I have recd replies on my query on this isue to :

a) Min of Finance

b) Min of Social Justice and Empowerment( transferred by Fin Min under sec 6(3) fo RTI Act.

c) PMO

and both the cases info has been denied stating :

a) Info not available with this deptt.

b) Directed appl redirected to Fin Min stating info not held with them.

c) Info scattered hence can't be transferred hence denied. Can submit your appeal to Director.

What should me my next step? To whom should I approach?
