I am the only son and have a sister younger to me by three years.My father owns a two bedroom flat in mumbai on his name,my mother is an part owner of a bungalow with her brother in bangalore and i am the 1/3rd owner of a one bedroom flat in mumbai.What rights to these properties do i have.Kindly enlighten me.
