You can enter into an amicable partition among yourselves otherwise you will be entitled to double the share of your sister and your stepmother would be entitled to one sixth share in the property as per Shariah law.

Your reply gave me a clarity on the issue.
Is shariah law allpied by default to all Muslims or do we have an option to choose to go with Shariah law ?

If you all mutually decide to take your shares as per agreed conditions then there's no necessity to apply the law in vogue.
