Injunction order issued on my bda site - hsr layout bangalore

Dear all, I have purchased a property in hsr layout in bangalore. The property is BDA layout and there are a total of 3 purchase transactions including mine. The documents are clear and it has allotment letter, and all other relevant document from bda which is basically an organization rUn by government of karnataka. I have even recently got my latest khata certificate,khata extract, property tax verified in my name. Even the EC from bda in bda has my name updated. Unfortunately due to bad luck someone has put an injunction order issued against me stating the property belongs to his grandfather and he is obsolete owner of the land. Whereas govt of karnataka has already formed the layout in 1988 and acquired the land of survey no 40 in venkoji rao khana (old name of bomanahalli main road). BDA Property is supposed to be 100 percent accurate property how can this disaster happen that a third person has issued and injunction order. My construction work is now in halt as I received an injunction order as I am afraid this will lead to an stay order if I break court rules. I am pretty sure that the case is going to be in my favour but not sure how to proceed further. Another thing I have noticed is the person who has put a case against me looks like a professional in such cases and u have noticed his names appear in many of such cases specially in hsr layout. Not only him even his father, mother, grand father, and wife are involved in such cases. I am shocked that even bda owner like me have to face such difficulties even though we paid an huge amount of money to purchase the land. Any suggestion or help is appreciated as I am in need of strong suggestions and help.

You have mistaken about the BDA layout.  There is no fault in layout.  The fault is with your earlier vendors.  Sometimes the original owner of the plots will appoint GPA holders to sell the plots to third parties for their convenience.  I think the person who taken the Inunction order would be a person purchased from the GPA Holder.  Later you might have purchased from the same GPA Holder. 

 

Though the opponent got injunction, he will not succeed in the main case.  Once you file your Written Statement and counter, his injunction will be vacated.  Hence, you contact me to my email id ravinder2345@gmail.com  and send the scanned copies of your documents and opponent documents. I can give you my advise after going through the documents only.
