Injunction: please advice

@ anjuru and every other legal advisors: Hope you remember that i posted my query regarding the injunction case filed by my father inlaw against me.. my father inlaw's property case vch is pending in the high court with his sister since 11 years wherein his sister has filed for partition suit. so today his sister has expired.. however sister's son is also there and he will claim his share in the property.. my query is that if they reach any kind of settlement then what will happen to my security of living in matrimonial home ? If der is a settlement between my father inlaw and his sister's son so will my father inlaw become the sole owner of the property ? Will that lead to my eviction ? My husband is living on rent due to legal tactics.. please advice
