One debtors filed insolvency petition against 33 creditors. If 10 creditors becomes exparte and remain succeed in dismissal of Insolvency petition. The benefit of dismissal of petition of applicable to the expate creditors or not ? Exparte creditors are eligible to enjoy the benefit of dismissal of IP or not ?
