I have filed an RTI, For that superintendent of Police has given permission to pursue the records under a condition of getting prior permission from Inspector of Police, But the circle inspector of Police is not giving permission to pursue the records.
i can complain to the higher Officials and Information Commission, but i want to do more, please suggest what other options are available to take disciplinary Action Against that CI
Can i file writ in High Court and ask for expenses?
