Interim award based on photocopy is it valid?

Claims petition filed before the MAC Tribunal based on zerox copy of the driving license. Insurance Counsel filed application for furnishing better particulars and to submit original copy or certified true copy of all the documents, and a date was fixed. On the date fixed the claimant failed to submit original copy of the driving license or the certified true copy before the Tribunal. And despite strong objections by the Insurance Counsel, the Tribunal passed order for interim award. Is it valid and proper in law?

You can go in appeal against the interim award, but unless and untill you get the order for interim award quashed it is valid, because rightly or wrongly it is an order passed by a competent court, any agreed person has a right to go for review or appeal.
