Interim maintainance & protection order

If you want to solve it amicably with her then take help of your elders and give them in writing that in future you will not commit any violence upon your wife , convince your wife also give assurance him in future you will not torture her ,as you know once matter will start in the court then it spoils to many years of your life , think quickly and act on it , dv case start very fast .

You should appear in the court on the given date. You will be given hearing by the court before passing order on the interim applications. Request the court to send the matter for mediation.

Honorable Smt Sonia Gandi has made all arrangements to screw up men's life by introducing DV act bill in 2005, which is a lawless law and ha s been created only to harass husbands and their parents. What has happnd in your case is that, ex-parte orders have been passed and you or anybody cannot do anything than go for appeal in higher court, appeal may get allowed 1%, 99% your appeal will fail and you will be bound to do what magistrate has told you to do, if not arrest warrant will be issued for non-compliance of order, such warrant will be a non-bailable one and bail will be granted only accordind to wishes of magistrate.

Advice:

Either run for cover, dont get caught.  These cases will take 6-7 years to get over.  Find someone else who is compatible with you and marry off silently [read livin relation]

Compromise with wife, dance to her tunes and ask her to take back the DV case that she has filed against you.

File for divorce based on mental cruelty [7-8 years contested divorce]

Pay her lumpsum money and ask for MCD [headache over within 6 months].
