if a husband earn 1.5 lakh per month he is into business but file a low income tax how can a wife proof his income n how much interim maintaince a wife can get....she is bcom not working living in rented house of his mother...n how much time contested divorce can take n how much final maintance she get....is intermin maintaince is less then final maintaince... pls give a proper advice its urgent . marriage is 2 year old

Maintainance not only depends upon the income of the husband but also his liabilities are taken into consideration. So it would depend upon what liabilities he can successfully show.
Nobody can predict how many years a contested divorce will take place as the matter can end quickly if it is compromised or the case can go upto the supreme court also which will take years.... so all depends upon individual case. Talk to your lawyer as to how to prove your husband's income as it again depends upon facts of every case and no common reply to all.
