Invoice procedure for export of service

I have done some drafting and drawing for a customer in UK. The drawings has been send by email.

This service can not have a Bill of Lading and nor can it be considered under softech Now how can I Invoice the customer and close the FIRC from Bank.

There must have been some service agreement what does it state about payment terms, between you and your client for which you must have opened a bank account seek help of that bank with your letter head has invoicing the customer and avail tax benefits if applicable

Thanks a lot for your reply but the bank even is not answering and knowing the process we have a agreement and as per the agreement I have received the money but I am unable to close the FIRC of the money received from bank in my company account.

Please advice.
