Hi,
I have filed a PCR under Section IPC 420 (A stamp paper purchased on 13th Nov 2007 has been used to forge a Lease agreement dated 19th Oct 2006 to product in the court) in the Trial / ACMM court.
As its a PCR, the proceedings will be slow. How can I expedite this? A conviction of the accused in this case would help my acquittal in the main case.
The document in question was produced to present it in the court to suit their story.
What are the chances of conviction (cognizance has been taken now)?
