Is Anticipatory Bail valid of Delhi is Valid in UP

Dear Shashi Ji,

All these rullings are bookish things. In U.P. no body is going to consider the judgements of even S.C. While hearing on bail, Most of the District Judges says that they don't agree with thos ecases and would not grant A.B. The people U.P. have no option.

The moneyed people approaches H.C. and the poor people are bound to go to jail. Please also take up this matter in your P.I.L.
