In guise of extending help, one Mr.X taking advantage of a destitute lady, entered the scene after it is known that real owner was away for a long time and there was nobody to take care of the property.
Mr.X.with intention related to land grabbing, forgery of documents cheating approached lady and unduly influenced and coerced her to sign blank sheets. The lady was so destitute and was unable to understand judgment of her act.
Mr.Xwith the connivance of some at the Sub-Register Office,had forged the document and registered in 2004 as a Sale Deed when the original documents were with the Bankers. This is a clear case of land grabbing.
She seeks consequential reliefs.
