My experience with matrimonial fraud( Epilepsy from childhood hidden )
***********************************************************************************
It appears that only in the dusty and creaking family courts of India epilepsy becomes automatically curable . The American Epilepsy association and the British National Health Service both call out clearly that Epilepsy is manageable and never curable especially when genetic and its medication has serious side effects on the normal day to day life of the person taking them for long time and has a risk of high rate of birth defects.
In India however just to appease the self-proclaimed "abla nari" who has in first place hidden such a material fact from her spouse just to get married , scientific facts , medical research and even common sense is thrown to the wind. Epilepsy becomes magically curable after marriage and does not cause side effects according to many lawyers on this forum ! If that’s the case then why does the Indian family court/lawyers not spell what is the "fully curable" medication/treatment for epilepsy that they know of so that millions of people in the world who use epilepsy medication lifelong just to control seizures can fully cure their disease.
Indian family courts can in fact eradicate remove epilepsy from the world , just like polio with the magical cure allegedly present only with the India judidicary.
Also in the US even till this day concealment of epilepsy is ground for annulment of marriage in all states. India with its absurd senseless laws and female appeasement agenda can say virtually anything to deny the anullment to the husband. While the Delhi HC grants annulment to the wife(when she filed) when the husband earned 5500 and had allegedly claimed that he earned Rs 8500, but when it comes to the husband, the Indian family court can even cure cancer and AIDS if needed with a single stroke of pen on paper and deny the anullment. The higher you go in the judicial court system the worse the anti male treatment becomes.
Shameful state of affairs, and loss of trust in courts will soon follow if this attitude does not change quickly.
