is it necessary ??

Is NOC required from our existing advocate to attest our case to new and compenent advocate ?Pl advice. what court accepts ? and what should take from old advocate ? (papers etc )

It is not necessary to take NOC but it will be better if you take NOC from exsiting advocate before engaging new advocate, If exsiting advocate  is not ready to give NOC than issue notice of termination to him. But please ensure to pay all his dues.
