Dear Sirs, I am buying a plot in venture as prelaunch offer. Still LP number is yet to come. They are saying they bought the land and kept for layout approval. Is HMDA will do all legal verification before giving LP number? Do we really require to take the earlier land link documents and verify. Developer is not much interested to give the documents outside office. He is bit reputed only, recently his phase 1 project got LP number. I am buying in phase 2. Need your suggestions

HMDA layout is good one. No need to worry. As an special precaution it is better to get the title verified with a good lawyer. Normally the Developer will not give link documents. Because they are common documents for entire layout. If they give the original link documents to you, the other plot buyers will suffer. You can obtain certified copy or true copy from the developer by paying usual charges.
