it is not that media is always fair, but more or less it is fair.
Dear Arup ji,
There is constitutional system for the members of Legislature, Executive and Judiciary that if they caught in unfair business they can be catch up..
What about for the people in Media ??? There should be so fast & easy system that if any media member release an unfair news they should be caught immediately as fast as they do so... same day same time.. And fast track trial should be there to hand them same time... AND IF THAN ALSO THE MEDIA PEOPLE STANDS GOOD THAN ONLY WE CAN SAY THAT THE MEDIA IS THE FOURTH PILLER OF DEMOCRACY... RIGHT NOW IT IS A FULL OF CROWD WITH ALL REJECTED IN OTHER FIELDS SINCE IT IS AN EASILY ESCAPABLE BUSINESS.
THE UNFAIR PEOPLE IN MEDIA ARE AFFECTING MORE HARMFUL FOR DEMOCRACY COMPARATIVELY WITH THE UNFAIR PEOPLE IN LEGISLATURE, EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIARY SINCE THEY ARE BEING USED AS A HIRED WEAPONS BY PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS DUE TO THEIR UNCONTROLLED CONDUCT.
Please say if you feel something is remained since we should lead this task up to its destination that is conduct set up for media with fixing the responsibility under IPC on top priority as early as possible otherwise unfair business by unfair people will be continued uncontrolled…..

UNFAIR MEDIA DO NOT PUNISH DIRECTLY, BUT PEOPLE'S CHOICE ELEMINATES THEM FROM THE MAIN STREAM - WHICH IS A TYPE OF PUNISHMENT IMPOSED BY THE PUBLIC.

MEDIA IS NOT THE EMPLOYEE OF GOVT, THEREFORE FORMAL PUNISHMENT TO UNFAIR MEDIA NOT POSSIBLE
POSITIVE SIDE OF MEDIA IS MUCH MORE, THAN THE NEGATIVE SIDE.
NO. NOT ENOUGH EVEN NOT SATISFACTORY.
It is,
MISGUIDING AND MISLEADING THE MASS PEOPLE BY BRAINWASHING AND PROVOKING THEOUGH ELECTRONIC AND PRINT MEDIA WHICH GIVES UNREPARABLE DAMAGE TO SOCIETY AND NATION,
THIS IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN NUXALITES AND FORREIGN BASED TERRORISTS.
ACCORDINGLY THIS CRIME SHOULD HAVE PUNISHABLE UNDER IPC.

It is very short sighted example. Everyone know that what to do in individual case.
Most of the media crowed with those who are rejected in all other fields. Those have not the ability to write a book in frustation he becomes THE CRITIS (AALOCHAK / SAMAALOCHAK).
Who are failed in cinema they become CINE REPORTERS.
95% ARE SUCH "UNCONTROLLED" CROWED.
WHO ARE REJECTED IN THE SOCIETY THEY ARE BECOMING "GUIDE TO SOCIETY" DUE TO THIS UNCONTROLLED SITUATION.
IF THERE WILL BE CONTROL IN THIS "CRIME THROUGH MEDIA" THAN MOST OF PRESENT MEDIATORS WILL BE SEEN IN JAIL.
WHO ARE THE MAIN ACCUSED FOR CORRUPTION IN JUDICIARY
Do the judges, who are corrupt, takes money DIRECTLY from the accused persons ?
It is who that proposes money to judges for favour ? ADVOCATES ? NO?
If NOT, so that question still stands there, so IT IS WHO ?
Is this not the story behind huge fees of so called BIG ADVOCATES ?
The BIG ADVOCATE means THE BIG MANAGER. NO ?
IN THIS ANGLE THE JUDGES SEEMS THE VICTIM OF CORRUPTION BY ADVOCATES WHO PROPOSES AND GIVES MONEY TO JUDGES.
OTHERWISE WHAT ? AND HOW COULD IT BE DONE ?
