Page no : 2

Did she accept the summons/refused the summons when u sent in the begining---- means she voluntarily remained absent from the proceedings= Ur RCR is on FIRM grounds

Did she was absent/not living at that adress? Then court proceeded exparte exhausting all process to serve summons- u got decree= RCR decree u got is easy to set aside by her.

Clear the doubt

>> No point filing divorce on other grouds now. It wil never speed up the process. Only way out is through RCR u got

First things first, there are broadly 2 methods for courts to proceed exparte

1) Did she accept the summons/refused the summons when u sent in the begining---- means she voluntarily remained absent from the proceedings= Ur RCR is on FIRM grounds

2) Did she was absent/not living at that adress, Dasti,Postal summons cud nt be delivered? Then court proceeds exparte exhausting all process to serve summons (news paper etc)- u get decree= RCR decree u got is easy on slippery grounds to set aside by her.

Clear the doubt

>> No point filing divorce on other grouds now. It wil never speed up the process. Only way out is through RCR u got
