is section 438crpc favorable to women accused?

a women accused is declared by proclaimed offender after that she is
filing anticipatory bail in court for relief. women is having 7 cases criminal history. is there any strong points that can be raised for opposing bail. as section 438 of crpc provide relief when the accused is women. any relatable ruling of supreme court will be really helpful.

It is for the prosecution to oppose the bail. How you are concerned?
