am aware with the judgement of delhi igh court wherein the wife was directed to pay maintenance to her husband but not of allahabad high court.
however u/sec 24 of HM Act the husband as well as wife both can claim for maintenance

yes it was the judgement delivered by Hon'ble justice D.P. Singh in a matter filed by Santosh Kumar Gupta under the provision of HMAct it was delivered on 15th of November 2005
