Please discuss frankly, precisely, what solution you could get out of 12 posts of Mr. Kumar Doab even on supply of vast information about yourself and your company, as desired by him?

Stay away from posers, impostors and entities that pose as some senior lawyer but are not lawyer but are LIAR

and flaunt firms that are not law firms but are LIAR's firms

and paste the picture of some very old/aged sick frustrated man but IT is abuser

and loiter and stalk at online portals only to allure and fleece unsuspecting querists..........

Now, why Mr. Kumar Doab is afraid of getting exposed, when he has obtained such a huge information about the querist and his company just for misuse, probably for blackmailing tactics against the querist, when no specific solution provided?

You have also not posted which of your relative from which line of  ancestors and how many were gifted to terrorists and who and how many relatives were recived back terrorists as usual return; jakaat, khairaat that you daily for?

Of course, you can either be a hardened criminal or a suspected terrorist, as you don't come with your real identity even on hundreds of requests through several threads.

Mr. Kumar Doab would never reveal his real identity, even on your specific request. You may try, ask him to come forward with his real identity, real name, picture and his whereabout. As in several other threads, he would flatly refuse to do so, or would try to sideline the issue just by making several of his posts with abuses for me.   You may try your luck.

Per information posted by querist apparently; the notice period, notice pay is not aplicable and it is not mandatory to serve the notice period in probation period.

IN addtition to enactments that are applicable i republic of india there are exent judgments by HC,full bench,constitutional bench of courts of Republic of India that I have illustrated and posted since many years at LCI.............
