Judgement declared in ccc but now the case is in high court

Say X had two wives Y & Z. And X died without a will in place. Both Y & Z (wives & children) filed case in city civil court claiming the properties of X. City Civil Court has declared judgement that the properties shall be shared equally among the children of Y & Z. But Z being the second wife doesn't have any claim on the properties. Unsatisified with the court judgement the first wife (Y) children have appealed high court to revisit the case and declare justice...... In such circumstance

1. Is it possible for any of the children (both Y & Z) or grand children to appeal high court to grant permission to run new business/construct house in any of the properties of X.

2. Is there any possibility to stop the case in high court (dont want to ruin life for another 15 years)

3. What are the rights of the daughters of the X and grand children of the X.

What is feasible to make use of the property to generate Income ( temp or permanent)

Regards
